Description
Vintage Continental-sized (approx. 4x6) chrome postcard showingthe Cliffs of Moher on the Atlantic coast of County Clare, Ireland.
O'Brien's Tower stands at the top edge; the ledge, which has partially fallen through the years,
is below.

Back caption reads,
"CLIFFS OF MOHER NEAR LAHINCH, CO. CLARE:
Five miles north-west of Lahinch, these are one of the outstanding
coastal features of Co. Clare. This great 'Wall of Thomond', consisting
of horizontal beds of millstone, grit and sandstone, stretches for nearly
five miles from Hag's Head (440 ft.) to O'Brien's Tower, where they attain
a height of 700 ft. Near O'Brien's Tower there is a car park and viewing
platform for visitors. O'Brien's Tower, a circular castle-style structure
was erected in 1835 by Cornelius O'Brien."
