Antique Vintage Metal 4" Embroidery French Art Needle Punch Sewing Needle

This listing is for an antique sewing needle. Based on other auctions I have seen it is perhaps called a French Art needle. There is an adjustable wire piece that is a bit tarnished. It was in one of the dressers at my great-grandma's house who I know liked to quilt but I'm unsure what other crafts she did as this may be used for rugs, etc. It is not very large - 4 inches long.
